Laundry Basket
Wicker laundry baskets can quickly look worn. You can revive yours cheaply and simply with an application of clean, white spray paint, resulting in a professional finish. This is an easy way to paint wicker - the look is particularly successful with a basket which has an internal fabric bag.

If your laundry basket has a cloth bag inside, remove it.
Vacuum the basket inside and out to remove any dust and dirt trapped inside the wicker lattice. Bring to a well ventilated area. Mask your work area with newspaper.
Spray a coat of White Primer all over the surface.
Apply light coats of Satin White until you have the coverage you want. Once the basket is dry you can replace the bag.
Note: Always follow usage instructions on the reverse of Valspar spray paint cans.
