Remove any drawers and doors from your kitchen, and take off the handles where possible. If the handles are glued on, wrap them with masking tape.
If the units you are about to spray have rough or damaged surfaces or the paint/finish is chipping off you will need to give them a rub down with sandpaper.
Clean the surfaces with a damp, soapy cloth to remove any grease, then rinse and leave to dry.
Lay newspaper in your workspace. Make sure your working area is well-ventilated.

Spray the fronts of the units with several thin coats of Cupboard Colors in Soft Blue or in a color of your choice, building up until you have the depth of color you want.

Once your freshly painted units are completely dry carefully reassemble.
Note: Always follow usage instructions on the reverse of Valspar spray paint cans.
