Clean the tools carefully in hot, soapy water to remove any trace of soil and dirt.
If your tools do not already have hanging holes in the handles, use a drill to create some, and sand any rough edges. Follow all safety instructions for your power drill, and wear safety glasses.
Use masking tape to shield any parts which you do not want to be sprayed, leaving just the wooden handles exposed.
Spray the handles with a coat of White Primer and allow to dry.
Apply a topcoat of Satin Pastel Green.
When dry, mask the main body of the handle, leaving just the tip exposed, Spray with Satin Real Red. Once the paint has dried, apply a coat of Krystal Clear for extra protection.
Thread string for hanging through each hole, and tie in a loop.
Note: Always follow usage instructions on the reverse of Valspar spray paint cans.
